Crude Protein
WOW, Dave-- Thank you for inviting Dr. Ballerstedt to teach us so much. It'd be so great if everyone could just listen to this common sense and intelligent advice to the world. And, I'd love to have been able to sit in on a college class/lecture he taught. So much to learn. Thank you, Dr. B., for all your work and for giving us so much information.
Great guest Dave, with a very important message. Thank you and thank you Dr. Ballerstedt. It's good to know that such knowledgeable people are working to save us from severe malnutrition. And the honest man is priceless.
Fermentation by bacteria is the best way to break down plant toxins and make essential nutrients available. A ruminant animal has its own built in fermentation system, like a mobile fat and protein factory. The best thing is that unlike a human built factory its waste is fertilizer. in solid and liquid form. It also mows and moves under its own power.
We need our leaders to pay attention to this. I keep hearing about our beibg fed crickets....seriously how sustainable can that be.? I hope this man and thoee who genuinely care about our pppl and land can make it happen as he says. Thanks again for another fantastic video Dav4. Much gratitude for Peter for being willing to educate us and for dedicating himself to finding solutions.
