Love anything Dr Reiter says. Type 1 diabetic here, late 6th generation and have been taking 60mg of Pure Bulk melatonin since I first heard him talk, several years ago. Think it is time I double my dose, not because of diabetic issues ( normal A1C) or APOE4 genes ( don’t have), but because I don’t want any issues! This man is genius and I gifted my doctor his book. Even though it has been in print for years, the data remains the same, if not more favorable.
Thank you for interviewing this brilliant man.
Wonderful interview- I loved every minute of it! I think Dr. Reiter may have erred when he stated that a company located in Henderson, Nevada was a good place to get bulk melatonin, and that it was called Pure Bulk. There is a company with that name but they are located in Oregon. There is a bulk supplement company located in Henderson, Nevada that offers melatonin and their name is Bulk Supplements and I suspect that is the company Dr. Reiter was referencing.
I heard he takes 100-200mg every night. Where does he get his melatonin? I know oral dose does not absorb that high, so it has to be trans-dermal or supository.
