The Fiber Myth
The fiber myth Zoe Harcombe
Beginning to wonder if too much fibre is partly responsible for the rise in colonic cancer.
My constipation alleviated when I switched to carnivore. I’m not against adding some plants occasionally, to my diet, but I make sure it’s low oxalate veggies
was on a high fibre.t and suffered from dreadful bloating and constipation. Went high fat and then clean keto and my digestion has never been better no bloating and regular. No more fibre for me.
I found eliminating fiber 3 yrs ago completely resolved hemorrhoids and they have never returned.
Field General Zoe cuts through the enemy lines of nutritional lies backed by massive corrupt government operatives.
Keep winning these battles of information until we win the war of the truth about nutrition.
Allowing epidemiological data to be called “studies” is unacceptable as science. Use the science of blood labs, X-Ray, MRIs, mental clarity tests, massive weight loss without extreme exercise, and what Carnivore/Keto diets physically do.
You are satiated by fat….not fibre. I’ve just had 1.5 fillets of salmon with three scrambled eggs in butter and I’m stuffed. I might manage the other half piece of salmon later but currently I doubt it. I am keto/fat adapted.
Eating plants and seeds was only for extreme survival purposes during artificial famines created by the so-called leaders usually accompanied by wars.....
My lifelong IBS was gone in two weeks after going carnivore
This is perfect timing. I had on my to-do list to research about fiber and the microbiome and gut health and was hoping to find a book as well . Since I quit most all plants/fiber, including nuts in 2023, I have not suffered a single diverticulitis episode after suffering for 10 plus years and I have no constipation or diarrhea issues and since I only have part of my colon , it’s important that I have those things under control. I simply drink enough water, I’m active enough and eat enough fat, nothing extravagant. I started researching and studying because I wanted to know if not having plants in my diet was going to affect my health but much to my surprise it is not essential and if anything has improved my health. Grateful for this information.
